...which is one of the reasons that I tend to use PNG instead, despite its larger filesize. However, the distortions are largely unnoticeable in some instances (like most photos), which is why the format became popular in the first place.

Well, it's a bit blurry, and I'm not a particular fan of the font choice (nor the lack of Justified alignment), but other than that...

At least I can read it.

Justified alignment sucks for accessability, of course. Makes things harder to read for dyslexics.

Both. Though letter would be worse. (I am right in assumeing that letter justification is with spaces bettween letters to fill up the space, and word is just variable sizes of the spaces between words, right?)

Both increase the 'rivers of white' phenonomon, I believe is the reason for the issue, though I'm not certain of that. And you should always use a sans serif font (not neccessarially Sans Serif itself, just one that isn't a serif font), since the ticks can cause letters to run into one another with some people.

Great work..! I think this would go great in a game as some kind of hidden writtings in an old manor. The McCloskey's family manor that is. >^.^< What do you think?

hmmm... i could see the game in my head... you are the last member of the McCloskey family, and you must learn what happened to the rest of your family.... you travel al over the world finding clues as to what happened, all the while...

Ok even if no one else is going to reply to this thread, im still gonna continue the story. and i think this may be a long one. im currently working on Part 2 of "The McCloskey Curse" so please someone tell me how it is so far!

Btw rich, tell me what you think of the font k? its Comic Sans MS

I wasn't actually expecting a change of font. That being said, it is a readability improvement. (Except the riddles - thanks for adding a caption to them)
Also, I can't seem to read page 3, as the server is down. Could you re-upload it?
