I know that Hazuki demonstrates some limited telekenetic abilities during the series, though those powers weaken if she hasn't sucked blood recently.<br><br>Also, unless one has the proper immunities, she can make you follow an order by looking into her eyes or invoke a blood contract (aka make you a servant) by sucking blood (which she refers to on occassion as "kissing").<br><br>Kouhei (the guy in the still shots) actually is immune to both of her latter powers, which definately ticks her off, since she thinks it's unfair he won't follow her orders... leads to a lot of amusing moments in the series, including a scene where she chases him around demanding he let her suck blood. <br><br>Other amusing scenes include her wearing a cat costume in public to avoid being burned by sunlight.

Aren't solar flashlights just electric lights that recharge via solar panels?<br><br>And I do have another response to that, but I don't want to spoil one of the plot twists for those who might want to see the series at some point.<br><br>Edit: but I will post this little gem from episode 3:<br>Grandfather: "Four o'clock."<br>Seiji (this one might be spelt wrong): "The sun will rise soon."<br>Kouhei: "What happens when a vampire is exposed to sunlight?"<br>Grandfather: "It's often said their body will burst into flames and turn to ask."<br>(brief pause as Kouhei stands up)<br>Grandfather: "You finally feel like looking for her?"<br>Kouhei: "Just going for a drive."<br><br>At least that's what the subtitles say. The actual dialogue sounded kind of Japanese.

Vampires can only be killed in one specific way. The trick is figuring out which way is the way of killing the specific Vampire. Each nationality of Vampire can be killed in a different way.<br><br>Most entertainingly, Irish Vampires can be killed only by covering their grave with rocks.<br><br>Most frighteningly, there is no known way of dispatching Spanish Vampires.<br><br>Great Vampires, of course, can be killed with a steak through the heart (either metalic or wooden will do). It has to be a rather large steak, however, since they're of comparable size to planets.
