Maybe not, but Vuk (The Little Fox in USA) was a good Hungarian cartoon.Like it was said, that's a stylistic choice. American cartoons generally have their own similar differences like this, that may be called faults.Yeah, but Americans don't "forget" to give the characters noses nor do the "standing up, flat on face, standing back up in three frames" BS like the lazy Anime animators.A lot of them re-use cels. That's an issue with their budget. Certain famous UPA animations in the 50's were notorious for almost completely lacking backgrounds.They don't "skimp" on budget and then have that force animators to "skip" frames.Check out Hedgehog in the Fog sometime.True fact: There are no good Russianimations.
