I've only read about 20 pages so far, and while I do see a couple of elements of O&M in there, I don't see where the accusation is getting at so far. Even if it was a lot like O&M, similarly styled comics are not uncommon, especially in the web comic world, so I'd imagine that this would be the case if did, "borrow" more later on.

Oh wow he started this again!

Used to read this years ago until it ended and it was one of my absolute favourites. The author doesn't take much, if anything, from Ozy and Millie I think. He is however clearly influenced by Pogo. Which is not a bad thing.
