How do you sleep?

How does one twist and turn while they sleep? I thought your body was paralyzed while you're asleep.

Well I sometimes wake up with the sheets all moved and twisted around me. Unless Ibun is coming to my house and doing unmentionable things to me in my sleep, then I twist and turn throughout the night.

Arm under pillow, kind of halfway on my stomach/side with one leg straight and the other bent and splayed out.

I really feel it in the morning, neck pain, etc, but it's the only position I seem to be able to fall asleep in.

I toss and turn constantly while I sleep. The only position I never wind up in is on my stomach. I probably spend the most time in a sort of fetal position.
