Oh, Rare. Oh, Rare Rare Rare. You give us everything from Battletoads to... to... to THIS pile of steaming pap.
They also gave us the Donkey Kong Country series.
Yes! It's amazing that they can do such good games like DKC and Battletoads, yet also do such shit games like Taboo. Then again, it was early in their career.

Everyone screws up sometime. Squaresoft blew every title they made to hell and back until they tried one last time with the original Final Fantasy. The rest is history.

True. In fact that's why they called it "Final" Fantasy, because it was to be their final attempt. (Unless that's an urban legend...)

It's true. The company thought it was going to fold after this last production and developed Final Fantasy on that. The game turned out to be a resounding success and since then, the franchise rose.
