Comic type drawings.

So, I've been slowly conceiving that comic I said I wanted to do. I really need a helluva lot of practice, especially with anatomy.

Anyway, I gave computer colouring a go this time around, which is basically the first time I've tried it.

Anyway, here's the latest.

This is a doodle that got out of hand. The original is actually on the back of a math assignment. I like the characters and setting, but the pic is bland.

Oh yeah, the middle guy is based on a pic by Reagan Lodge (which is ridiculously superior.)

And this is the pic where anatomy issues really smacked me across the face. A pox on his arms.
Anyway, I think he's leading an expedition or something. I was actually impressed with my colouring job, considering it was the first I'd ever done. It at least drew my attention away from the disproportionate torso and horrid arms.

And then the background went all funny, and I was far too lazy to care. You can see how certain parts of the background are just randomly sharp. Dunno what happened there.

Well...still a far sight better than anything I could put together. Coloring turned out real nice I think.

Good colouring, considering this is the first time you did computer colouring. I never have seen you post drawings here before, you have an interesting style.

There are some way back in the forum, but it has been a while.
