Abel Gongora Artwork

I just recently met an animator from Spain, named Abel Gongora. He is now busy working on another show in France. He used to work on a kids show, called Skunk Fu, made in Ireland, showing on Kids WB, BBC, and many other stations. I really like the style in which the show is drawn and the cartoon is made in Adobe Flash, which I guess is the new trend in animation.
He asked me to show some of his artwork and I willingly obliged, so here is some of his work. I thought it would something different for you all to look at his work.
Do you all like his work?

Wow, he certainly looks like a very talented artist. I like how he uses textures in some of those.
And of course, I always like stuff that's anthro. However, I can't help but wonder...
How do you meet all of these people?
It's like you're just a magnet for artists who, for some reason or another, like having other people posting their art for them.
Do you agree?
(Sorry, I couldn't resist. You have a very distinctive posting style.)

Yes, I agree, although I think its time I turned off the magnet, the electro-magnetic waves are starting to give me brain damage.
Artists like Roman Wunderlich and Richard T. Matheson, I meet through webcomics. People like Abel, Angry Beavers creator Mitch Schauer, and Invader Zim music composer Kevin Manthei and other such like that, I meet through interviews, where I contact them and then ask them questions.

IT'S A CURSE!!!
Seriously though Cameron, you are just as good of an artist as he is, plus you have him beat in the otters in togas field.

I haven't even drawn an otter for several months. Horrible, innit?
He's a better artist than me, though.

I admit that those links kept me clicking for a while as I enjoyed seeing his mastery of various styles.

His flash animations are amazing. I am using flash myself and I don't think I can match that speed... well my characters were kinda overly detailed and all hehe.

I was looking at the "Illustration for a book" one, and I realized something: I noticed how I see art like that all the time, just around, and I never think about how good the artist must've been to create it. I look at art by people like Cam or Reagan or art that that has a realistic style, and I praise it, whereas art like that just blends and doesn't catch my attention.
It's a shame because there was surely a great deal of effort put into this pictures.

You forgot to edit the post 3 or 4 times.
Your style is cool though, AB. It differentiates you from the crowd. And it helps me tell who you are if the avatars ever decide not to load.
