To comossion or not to commission

Last year, I paid DCS to Llewellyn-ize a screenshot from the Colbert Report:

The result was this very awesome pic(Last month's calendar pic):

Now every year, the show replaces the portrait, adding another Colbert. I got this screenshot from a show this week:

So the question is, should I try to get DCs to Llewellyn-ize this one? It would be nice to have an infitine vanishing point of Llewellyns in a picture...

Sure, couldn't hurt to ask. Plus, it means extra money for him, and you know those starving internet cartoonists always need that.

He seems very friendly when it comes to commissions. I know things went very well when I commissioned him to draw me this last year:

I love this drawing so much ^-^ I have it in a frame by my computer.

Wow, Tabris, that maxes out the cute-o-meter. And IceDragon, that is a very cool idea, heh, though again it depends on what DCS says to it. Complicated!

If you try, there's a chance that he'll say no.

If you don't try, the answer is GUARANTEED to be no.

You do the math.

Ah, but the question here I think is not whether or not to ask, but WHAT to ask for?

A variation on something he already did, or perhaps something completely different?

I'm sure he would like the money... but is there really a point to ask him to draw a picture that's almost the same as the last one?
If you put peanutbutter anywhere on your body, I'll lick it off...

ANYWHERE.

My FA... nothing's on it right now, so there's no point to click it.

Because it would look very odd.

Heh, I'm half-casually thinking of asking if DCS would be willing to draw something along the lines of Ozy finally snapping mid-shave and turning the razor on Millie. Razor fight! (sounds dangerous!)

Razor tag sounds like fun, cause gypsy tag is over-rated!
