I love Roman's design for Millie. It's sort of a cross between old Millie, new Millie, and Roman Wunderlich...

Oh! A minor design note for Roman: Ms. Mudd's glasses are rectangular, not round. Course, he probably knows that and is doing it this way on purpose, but just in case.
