Poster! (Edit: and framed prints, too.)

Well, what do you think?
Image
Now you know I wasn't going to try and make money on my art right now, but I changed my mind. :) The reason: Amber M. Williams is auctioning off original DMFA art, and one of those lots has my name on it. It will be mine! Anything that can help my bank account recover from said auction seems good to me.
You can buy the poster here:
http://www.cafepress.com/lntposter1.141107162

Any suggestions?

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

On suggestion actually:

I think that your poster would be more interesting, as a webcomic poster, if it had a character in it somewhere.

It is of course an excellent picture, but if I were to purchase a picture like that, I would rather frame it than have it as a poster.

Good point. I do intend to have characters in future posters. I'm considering all of the options Cafepress gives.

Oh what the heck. Cafepress offers 15-day trial of the Premium shops, so I might as well go all-out. If I actually sell some stuff, I'll pay the $60 for a year's subscription. I've got 3 different things there now, with more to come. Everything is here.

HORAY! Someone bought a print!
I sold a print!
...
'Course, I only made $4.00, but it's the thing itself that's exciting.

Oh wow, nice stuff! I don't have any money to buy that but I think I'll show my mom that stuff for display at our cafe.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe if you started the auction at the bare mininum that you would like to make, then it would just build from there. Just a thought...But back on subject!!!! Congrats for selling one!!! Horray! :D *serves punch and hors d'oeuvres to all present.*
gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.

I wish you much luck, sir.

If I had money I'd buy one dude...

Also, how easy is it to set up one of those shops? I've been meaning to try my hand at one for a while now.

Javs: thanks, that's the best kind of praise...
Rooster: Well, the Cafepress system is a bit wierd...
The shops are really easy to set up, but the free shops can only have one of each type of product, and can't have framed prints. I, obviously, have gone for the paid-for kind of shop. Since its only $6 per month, it's already well on its way to paying for itself. 8)
