Daytime running lights? I can't remember if those are required in The States.

They're not required, but as of of 1995 were permitted.)

Depends on the state, I'd say. I don't think there's a federal requirement.

Yep, my 1999-model car does. Convenient, actually; I don't have to worry about messing with the headlights.
