Well, first off, give him a forehead to differentiate his ear from his head. Make the ear a bit thinner. And the table leg looks like it should be in between his legs, not behind them.}

Well, from what I can see, his shins look longer than his thighs, which are already awkwardly long, so I suppose you'd want to work on the proportions a bit more. Other than that, I'd have to repeat what other people said. Nice work

whats wrong with the shirt? should it be more open?

Well, if your like me then you would know that when you sit down with a shirt the shirt tends to curl and well... hard to say. Look at yourself when you sit with a shirt that long!

well yea ok fair enough, i cant exactly do folds in clothing yet still kinda hard for me...]

Yet still, it can be easily fixed. Just curve the shirt from the back to go OVER your thighs.
