since there's so many people here willing to help me with the HTML, then I'll just convert this topic to be about the site of the comic. i'll post anything I need here, then see who replies and what they say, and then apply it.

Bad chris, you left out the DOCTYPE tag and you're still using HTML from the '90s!
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="en">
Much better!

This is a very useful resource for [X]HTML/CSS. You have the full specs on both, plus online validation.
There are Web Developer Toolbars available for both IE and Firefox that add invaluable functionality into either browser that allow for quick access to these services as well as other tools to test out webpages.
Here it is for IE: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en
For Firefox:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/60/
Made by different authors but the functionality is the same. IE's toolbar also contains the Firefox DOM Inspector functionality, which I frequently use to diagnose rendering problems.

Well, first of all, it was Osprey, not Chris. Second of all, we have to use HTML from the 90s because a certain popular browser won't accept properly MIME-typed (X)HTML documents complying with specs written after that decade. Not that it's a bad thing. Using something newer for the sake of using something newer is even worse. (I, at least, have proper reasons to do so: it's easier for me, and it forces everyone into standards compliance mode. Both of which probably don't apply to Niko.)heheheBad chris, you left out the DOCTYPE tag and you're still using HTML from the '90s!
Besides, what's the point of claiming standards compliance on your page when you're forced to include ads that break it (4 errors, 2 info lines, according to the W3C validator)?
If you need help with CSS I highly recommend this site. It explains everything you need, very helpful.

Furries? Are they the nutters that pretend to be animals and draw humans that look like animals? Christ, I sink my head into my paws... -Rooster
1. I was typing a little joke message, so I didn't bother adding a DOCTYPE tage.
2. Simple (aka "from the 90's") has less chance of failing.
3. When I need a quick title, I still use the T1 tag. As long as it works, I see no problem.
