I have good news and bad news.

Bad news is, I'm abandoning the map.

Why? Because I don't like it. When I started working on it, the only thing I made before was a Gmod construct map, the Facepunch thread of which turned into a flame war (no links, it's deleted). I had no idea what I was getting into, and I did not consider a lot of things that ended up breaking the gameplay mechanics. There are no real technical problems with it, but let's just say that it would get boring very quickly, and it just screams newbie. I just want to let this thing fade away as a testing ground for my skills. But whatever.

Now for the good news. learning from my previous failure, I already have another map in the works. :D

That does look pretty cool but that little roof on the side should probably be flat or something. Having those planks of wood perfectly horizontal makes it look weird.

What kind of map is it anyway?

Problem solved, thanks for pointing it out. And it's gravelpit style, with a little twist. :)

anyways, another screenshot:

The walls look fugly and need to be retextured. this will be fixed.

I only just noticed now that having your melee weapon out removes the ammo counter entirely. For some reason I assumed it either read 0 or showed no number, but had the little blue background.

Map work is temporaly suspended, due to a lack of a graphics card.

It'd be so much better if only those assets were made by yourself
