This is developing well, and the premise behind the main character is an interesting one (breaking the cliché biker role).
Well, he isn't exactly the main character, unless you consider Dr. Watson to be the main character in the Sherlock Holmes stories. Though I have decided not to have him narrate outright, but rather for the whole story stand alone as a "seen and heard" sequence of events. I think.
I hope to go a ways with this comic, but we'll see. My style is rather involved, and making a comic with it is a lot of work--even if I let myself be a little sloppy.

Cameron is awesome because:
-Because he has an artistic style that is both complex and minimalist. This is profound!
-He once drew me as a roadrunner. It was an actual honest to god feral roadrunner, but a roadrunner nonetheless!
-He lives in Idaho among the wilderness and stuff and I envy him for that. 3:
-He is probably one of the most personable artists on here.
-I think he's the only one of us on here who drew a fanart that made it as a guest strip on O&M. This is an accomplishment!

Time for a sketch dump!
Image
Jacen. He's supposed to look a bit more gangly and tan than this, but I'm having a hard time getting that to come through. By the by, most people don't call him Jacen, but JayZee.

"Um, I think I'm stuck..."

I have four sketchbooks of this stuff. Two of them are all full, and the other two I just started recently. They're all your standard 5.5x8.5 in, though I do have an 11x14 in that I haven't really used much yet.

Hehe, kitty up a tree... I'd help her down, but bats aren't great at carrying.

I'll help too, Move to catch both tom and the kitty.

Good job cam! I like the kitty in the tree the best but the couch is a close second.

Curious. Are Carrie and the prof related or something?

Information on that subject is classified for reasons of plot secrecy. 8)

You do realize that was a major hint, right?

Yes, but a hint meaning what? :-P
You seem to be trying to divert attention from it, which only increases interest.

He's actually supposed to be attracting attention to it, using just enough info to make people (insanely) curious, and leave them with questions that demand to be answered. It's a trick writers use to maintain interest, so people keep on reading.

Besides, we're running low on rutabegas, so it's not really important right now.
