Ok. Here is another sample comic including Reggie's older brother Roger.

Roger can be a jerk to Reggie sometimes. But most of the time the get along with each other. He only gets this way when he is really angry.
To be honest, Reggie's final line came from my friend Nestor. He used to say this all the time when I talked to him sarcastically. So Nestor if your reading this, which I'm 100% sure you're not, Thank you.

Someone drench the towel and whip it at Roger.
Brings to mind a Michael Moore title....Roger is me.

The final bubble, "Or else why would I say it?" sounds syntactically awkward. Perhaps better would be "Why would I use it, otherwise?" or "Why else would I use it?" (Verb changed because one does not say sarcasm, one uses sarcasm and says sarcastic things.)
If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place. (Revelation 2:5, NIV)

Personally I like the flow of "Or else would I use it?"
I believe this is grammatically and syntactically correct, in that it's continuing the previous state ment in a way.
