The trouble with using Sonic style is that most fans' characters look too much like the official Sega ones. Tabris's effort, however, looks sufficiently different. And nice.

Yeah, that bothers me quite a bit. So many people just take the standard Sonic character and recoler them and say "here's my new character!" Um...no it's not. But thanks for saying that about my design. It was specifically my intent to make something that fit in the Sonic universe (to pay homage, more or less), but at the same time could belong somewhere else as well. I mean, if I alter him slightly, he could fit in with Ozy and Millie, you know?
