Eh, perhaps. I never really liked, or understood for that matter, Lord of the Flies.

Wait.... are you saying that rather horrid self-sketch looks like Ol' Piggy there? Well, like I said, I can't draw people well.

Perhaps this needs a bit of background explanation. In truth, I think I know exactly where this dream took place. It was near the Four Corners area of Colorado. The mountain, I am almost sure, was Sleeping Ute mountain. And I was with an archaeological dig team of about 10 people. As I was a couple summers ago, as part of the Crow Canyon Archaeological Institute summer camp.

Eh, excuse me if this doesn't make much sense. My brain isn't exactly driving on allfour wheels, if you catch my drift.

Regardless, it was still odd.

Possible. But if it were, I think I'd be leaning back more.

I'm a newbie to art. Well, not a TOTAL one, but enough that I can't make a good drawing without first looking at something else. Ozy and Millie, in all truthfulness (is that even a word?), made me want to actively start drawing. So I'm learning.

Here's my first postable pic. You may find some similarities to the "Millie and Cheese" pic in the 2003 archives.

This isn't so much a "doodle" as it is a project for my "2D Digital Art" class.

....Alright, that's exactly what it is. Anyways, I'm linking them because they're too big to display in a thread (699x1184 pixels each)

Original Image - "Napoleon in his Study" by Jacques-Louis David
Finished Product

Fear it.
....No, seriously. It scares me somewhat.

That's an *extremely* good interpretation of Millie, Trance. Kudos!
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.

<SteveThePocket> Geez. I want more of this stuff now. Now I know how a horny guy on an imageboard feels.

Ah. Well, I don't remember LotF all that well. Guess that makes sense, though.
