the white shine thing on his hat goes vertically, not diagonal. The blue band on his hat could be a little smaller... it all looks good though =p

and yes, it looks like you zoomed in quite a bit then took a picture using Print Screen? =O

I can't actually do a thing about the pixelation. Thats the program's fault. The image itself is at 1:1, or maybe not.

All of the things mentioned, besides the fact that I drew him, can be easily fixed though, and I'll follow up later.

I have a bit of a problem with the tail, though, it doesn't look right to me.

This is well done, and the tail is a bit flat at the expanding area, but that's the only thing I noticed.
