I just got the perfect idea hehe. It will be in strip form, though 11 1/2 inches long cause of my stupid scanner. Hand drawn and inked by brush, sticking with tradition eh?

Well, I'd love to, but I can barely do stick figures. Say, if this is a contest, can I be the judge (or one of them)?
There are no judges in the fanart contests. Those who'll enter make their drawings and after the agreed deadline a poll is set up where anyone wishing to votes for their favourites.

Um, is a deadline of 20th December all right for everyone?

No. I actually have finals and stuff until the 21st. =(
