Ooh, it's timeline discrepancy time!

If Ozy is 10, and Isolde is (apparently) only slightly older than that, how can she have lobbied for that to be his name when he was adopted?

I'm pretty sure Isolde is at least in college, around 18 or so - so, I'd say she'd be around 8'ish when Ozy was adopted.

That's ignoring any dragon-years vs fox-years weirdness, heh.

Isolde ~IS~ a Dragon, you know. Isolde might not be that much older than Ozy in the equivalent of HUMAN years, but what's to say that she isn't already 100 years old or something? Dragons DO live a long time you know. For all we know Dragons could age only one year for every 5-10 years that we humans live. :P

[/Dragon Conspiracy 101]

Edit: This same theory would also explain how Llewellyn would be involved in past historical events that he mentioned over the course of the Strip, such as being in the Wild West during the Gold Rush and such.

Just a thought. :P
*grins fangily* You could always ask the resident Dragon, you know...

Actually, dragons age at the same rate. We simply live considerably longer, so to creatures with shorter lifespans, it appears that we age more slowly, if at all. Everything is relative, after all. :)

Hmmmmmmmm, Ozy or Gray-Butt..........man, that must have been such a hard decision at the time!

I think poor Ozy was actually taken aback and possibly aside by the "Gray-butt" comment. It's probably not something he expected from Isolde.

She was betrothed to him once, wasn't she? So she wanted to be known as "Isolde Butt?" :DR

Yes to the first part, most likely "no" to the 2nd.
