I don't see what's hard to understand about gym class, unless you mean the occasions that it requires not-so-healthy, bully-favoring events like wrestling. Thankfully, none of my schools ever included that.
I have never sampled Larry the Cable Guy. An article had told me that he may be the most popular standup comedian today, which made the tremendous panning of his movie rather interesting to me. Judging from his name, I guess he appeals to what DCS has called "ordinary people. You know, morons." They're probably the same crowd which, on a mid-'90s survey, put Roseanne as the #3 comedian.
Oddly enough, I had a friend in college whose good grades didn't stop him from enjoying Tom Green....

Larry the Cable Guy isn't s bad, except some of his jokes are too... well, easy. He just makes them so easy to comprehend that they lose some of their funniness. Excellent strip, though.

To be fair, when I say that, I'm quoting Gene Wilder, in "Blazing Saddles."
And I will never have any use for Larry the Cable Guy. In five years he'll be on a double bill with Carrot Top.

I <3 LOVE <3 Millie's face in the last panel!
Excellent strip. Very cute.
as for the Larry stuff, He's a funny guy. It's simple. Good for a quick laugh. It gets old quickly, yes, but it's not THAT bad.

I enjoy Larry the Cable Guy, and believe it or not, I am quite intelligent too. But I can certainly see the other side of the argument. Just remember everyone: to each their own
Another nice one D.C.

Some of his jokes amuse me. The operative word being "some"
I remember walking into my parent's room when they're watching Larry and he tells a joke and they both crack up. My response "I don't get it. Why is that supposed to be funny?"

Sometimes I say "Git 'er done!" like he does.
