Hehehe, I don't think Millie has anything against Utah, it's probably something totally random that popped into her mind.

He generally has that sort of look on his face by the end of the strip. Or, at least, a pitying look.

I'm a bit, eh, estranged by the last panel. But why would Millie take delight in a mushroom cloud over Utah in particular rather than just a mushroom cloud?<br><br>P.S. I live in Utah, so...

I didn't realize Utah was redder than Texas or Georgia or Louisiana. But I live east of the Mississippi, so my view is hazy.
