In my opinion, all these diet crazes are stupid. If you want to lose weight, simply burn more calories than you consume. Theres 2 ways to do that. Either exercise enough to burn off the carbs you've eaten, or don't eat too many carbs. I'd say the first choice is the optimal one.<br><br>And the last thing you should do is starve yourself. Your body will go into a survival mode, and the instant you start eating anything again your body will immideately convert everything it can into fat to help you survive if you are 'starved' again.<br><br>Me, I don't care what I eat, and I sit on the couch all day playing video games. And I don't gain a pound. I guess I am blessed with a high metabolism.<br><br>I like this story arc too. Keep goin DCS.
