This is why I can never understand cartoonists who insist on making their own forums for their strips, and then using it constantly. I'd want to distance myself from my fans' discussions. Especially me. I mean, you guys complain about Timulty's and Avery's proportions being off; imagine what you'd say about the artwork in my strip.

Actually, I don't nbotice poportions in your strips as off.

In fact, I don't usually notice it at all much when poportions are slightly off, but of course, When you have a character, who has at least a significant amount of hieght btween the other, and then all of a sudden, they look to be the same hieght, everyone's gonna take a double take. in fact, this is the only strip I've seen that size and hieght proportions were a little off.

but otherwise, I like the strip, it's got a funny concept, and it made me laugh, that is good enough for me.

First of all, DC draws BEAUTIFUL charachters.

That being said, IMHO, this is no ordinary strip where it is ALL about the artwork.

Ozy and Millie gives you a different take on life.

For the most part, I enjoy finding myself relating to the strip and/or charachters every bit as much as I like the artwork. :wag:

And I didn't even notice you did a strip... heh :)

I loved the art in this strip; Timulty's expression in the third panel just rocks. It's like, 'hey, that shouldn't happen...' :) I like it so much in fact that he's now trapped in a little white box as my avatar, forever! Muahaha. And stuff.

Better than the people who make their own forums with NO CONTENT WHATSOEVER to go with it, and then expect members to appear out of f***ing thin air. It ticks me off, not by itself, but when people go around like:

<Guy> HEY JOIN MY FORUM IT'S COOL
<Me> What content does it have
<Guy> what are you talking about you have to join first and make content

But the artwork does play a definite part in the comic, and a little constructive criticism tends to go a longer way than continual praise of every aspect, no matter how good or poor those aspects may actually be.

I commend DCS for the dedication, bothering to edit the strip. Whatever weight you place on that, the opinion of anonymous of the internet.

Not so much proportions as the fact that it tends to just be kinda sloppy because I'm too lazy to correct anything. And sometimes I do but then forget to update it on the site.

...yeah.

Hmm, well I guess what all you guys have been saying is right, it's not so much about the art as the story (or joke) it's trying to convey. In your case, I never really noticed much mistakes.

And to Quote Jennifer,

Or the doodles on mine. Don't think I've ever drawn a strip where the characters are all in proportion to one another.
