My personal pref is Panel 1. I don't think I've ever seen Ms. Mudd so angry, and she's still easy on the eyes.

While I've read Millie's full name before, I don't think it was uttered in anger. Probably just the description of her on the cast page.

But we have yet to learn her mother's first name, and I doubt if we'll ever know her middle name.

I was thinking that in the previous comic, her mother looked like that (in panel 4) just as much because she had to retract her statement as her wanting to punish Millie when she got home.

Hahahaha!

It appears I was right about the whole "Pootyhead" thing. :D

Also, I wonder if Millie's middle name was inspired by this...

if and when Millie successfully runs for president, it would only seem logical that in her written arguments that she'd call each and every other candidate a 'Pootyhead'

Any 'nays' here?

When she runs for president she'll probably graduate up to "malcontent" instead.

How do you even pronounce her middle name? I have been mulling over that since I read this strip, as I had forgotten about it in relation to the other ones where it's mentioned >.>

Have we seen her middle name before?
I do believe we have.

I remember looking up 'bloviate' a while back, however that is a vague word!
I remember it being mentioned in one of the earlier books, but I don't think any comic had it before.

I always love the strips that show Millie and her mom are actually a lot alike.

While a funny comic it also showcases Millie's mother's poor parenting skills. Two days grounding for messing with legal document? Seems pretty weak

Heh, well, a spanking wouldn't be entirely without precedent. :-P

As I thought. And the more I read of Don Marquis' work, the more I see why. :)

I think it's "meh HIT a buhl."
