It's masking tape. Not sure how well it'd stick to fur?

for the record, when in high school (at least mine anyways...) a popular prank to play on people was to take a strip of masking tape and quickly apply it to someone's arm. the result of this rapid application caused the removal of said tape to be most unpleasant if not painful.

for the longest time I was missing a patch of hair on my arm due to the tape, lol.

Heh, in my school a popular, albeit ancient, form of harassment was to call me Danny. For the record, that name calling is now over 6 years old and is just plain stupid and silly now. Someone still called me it during my senior year and he only embarrassed himself. It is as if someone all of a sudden called Millie Billie and Ozy Snazy. So you can see how silly this would get.... uh, I have no idea what to say about tape right about now...

This reminded me of an early Ozy and Millie strip where a girl tried to make a rhyme of Ozy's name to insult the new kid, and couldn't.
