Avery got a new hat somewhere along the line that was Silver, not red.

I realize that. I'm looking at July's picture on the 2006 O&M calendar and the hat is silver. But i think it should be red anyway, because it makes Avery's image more radiant. I mean, why do you think DCS made Avery's old hat red?

Well, I just go by what I already know, and I haven't seen him with a silver hat anywhere. Even though I did wonder what to do with his 'new' hat design...

yeah it's been silver for a while, and it should be silver instead of red because that way it's not just a minor and obscure change, it's a whole style change.

You know, this makes me think, I'm not sure I've ever seen a real silver hat. Grey sure, but silver...can't recall seeing that color on someone's head.

I like this one. Avery's so worried about being cool, he doesn't realise that what he is saying would sound uncool to him if he heard someone else say it.

Heh...knowing Avery, he's probably going to screw this up royally.

He's going to go goth...however, in attempting the look he'll just find some black clothes, throw them on, paint his facial fur white to give him a pale look...

...and have the entire school say he looks like a mime, and end up even MORE hated than before.

I think they mean "silver" as in "light gray." It's a geek thing. (the light-gray color that Windows elements used to be, prior to Me/2000, was called "silver" on the Internet to distinguish it from the darker "gray")
