Anyone notice that Ernest the duck mysteriously vanished from the right speaker of the stereo set in the last panel?
*gasp* Ernest is MAGIC!

Hmm...it could be that he's behind Milie's head.

Nah, he's too big for that. Just look here how big the speakers are, and then look at how much of the speaker is still visible behind Millie's head. No way he'd fit in there.

I'm not sure what the quotation marks and smiley are about, but I now recall when Calvin "cleaned" his room by piling everything into the closet. The result knocked his mom down when she checked. Maybe Millie hopes to trick Felicia into falling for such a trap.... Nah, that would defeat her insinuated purpose of seeking in-group approval.

I thought maybe she just wanted to avoid Felicia criticizing her messy room, but it's likely that Felicia is thinking what a nerd Millie is for having such a neat room.

Is it just me, or does the second poster in the first frame look quite a bit like a certain shirt design that Dana did for Toad the Wet Sprocket a while back? (I say this fully aware that I am most likely just looking too close for such connections.)

Felicia looks terribly nervous in the first panel there. She seems to be expecting to be attacked by a horde of activist stuffed animals.
