Because her mom wouldn't let her, I imagine. I'm so glad my office had January 2nd off this year. (Hm, I first wrote "1/2 off," but that looks like "half off.")<br><br>When Millie looks ubertired, many find her cuter than usual and others find her exceptionally uncute. I'm in the first camp. To me, almost everyone looks cuter when sleepy. Maybe it's because tired people are less threatening, maybe more reminiscent of babies. Certainly Millie would be easier to cuddle when tired....

If this means that Scotland had January 3rd as a public holiday (due to making up for the missed public holiday) this year, however, I'm not entirely sure.
