In other words, soy bean curd. It's not that hard to understand; I eat it myself at least four or five times a week. The picture of Llewellyn roasting the Tofu Knight reminds me of a drawing that I saw a number of years ago. It showed a dragon holding a kinght in one hand and a nutcracker in the other with a look of anticipation on the dragon's face. Hehe. And I agree that "Tofu Knight" would be a great title.
