I ran across some stories about that type of system appearing in British Columbia, Canada (pending the results of a referendum) <a href='http://news.google.ca/news?hl=en&ned=ca ... /National/' target='_blank'>here</a>.

Yeah, there isn't much else that's gonna get the public's attention more than food.<br><br>In all honesty, Kerry could win the election easily if all he said was that if we didn't vote for him, he would make his wife take all the ketchup away.
