well... while not always a good indicator of whats going on, political cartoons can give some idea of what's going on in many peoples heads and what issues are being raised (or not, as apparent here) in politics.

*chases*<br><br>Get back here, you!<br><br>(back on topic) This actually also goes back to the way News Reports work in America (stupid news <!--emo&<_<--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... ns/dry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='dry.gif' /><!--endemo--> ), and that is to try and SELL you a story. not litterally, but they build up a story about BUGS in such a way that you feel almost threatened, and everyone will start buying lots of bug repellant to counteract this overblown story.
