With the collapse of the DotCom Economy and ever fewer episodes involving my favourite of the O & M cast I feared of Aardvarke, Stephan we'd seen the last.

To success may he go, and be a PC games company C.E.O! :D

Somehow, I find Stephan a little cuter than usual this time. May be something about his self-satisfaction, or just the idea of his younger self.
Let me guess: Millie wanted to make sure that Stephan would no longer forget to count her as a girl.

Same here. I'd need to hunt through all the strips to locate his most recent appearance, but I'd say it was a good long time ago. Time enough for the character's concept to have undergone some changes in D C Simpson's mind.

Nah. Stephan's my favourite character and I just wanted to grant him some attention, whether it was under the mistletoe, love potion #9 or just a dream. I toyed with the idea of having him kissed/cheek kissed/hugged by all the attractive furry females everywhere, including Isolde, Florence Ambrose, Jenny Curtis, Viki Fox, Yin Panda, Zigzag (hug), etc. Maybe when my drawing skills have improved substantially and such drawings take me half an hour rather than half a day.

But yes, the outline WAS pinched from this episode:

Not sure.

The wiggling tail goes with the bulging eye, hair standing on end and the ears sitting up straight. It's an aardvark astonished at what Millie is doing.

I wanted it to be similar to Ozy's reaction when kissed by Millie, but not quite so mortified as when Millie was kissed by Avery.

gforce422 is awesome because:
-He made the absolute nicest comments about me in the other topic. I didn't respond to them yet, because I suck, but they are greatly appreciated! =D
-I would say he would also be a good runner up as one of the nicest people alive.
-He joined the IRC sometimes. But not enough, I say! Chat moar =D
-He is evidently only 18 year old but he could easily pass for 25. =D
-He is a drummer like *I* am and this in itself is cool.
