That's pretty much the gist of it I would think. Yes Millie, I don't think your mom wants you to rule the world. I think a lot of people in general don't want you too for that matter.

Most definitely Wattersonian.
You're not supposed to abbreviate years as one digit... two is the minimum I've seen everywhere. :*
In my company's style, numerals are used whenever they apply to standard units of measurement, including years. Incidentally, someone asked me about it just today.
