New cast page

I just saw that there is new art and info on the Ozy and Millie cast page.
Millie is at the top and called "the hero of our meandering story." That surprised me I must say. Does this mean she'll have more of a focus from now on?
Go check it out, it's got some new info on the characters as well.

Art isn't new... I believe it is from the cast2006 jpg or png or whatever that's been linked to a couple times. Nice to see it finally get put to good use.
Good descriptions, and I agree that bit on Millie's is puzzling. I never really saw the strip as focusing on Millie... although I don't think the text signals a change.

The comic was originally called just 'Millie'. Then it changed to 'Millie and Ozy', but DCS lost the original logo for that so decided to do a new one. That new one said 'Ozy and Millie' instead, and so here we are.

well, mainly, because Millie is the dominant and more outgoing of the two. If you look at the really old strips (as in, the ones from before the strip's archives), she does look pretty main.

There's three storylines DCS made to show Ozy and Millie meeting... for a Millie-centric strip, ironically, the "official" one seems to be told from Ozy's point of view:

The other two ARE told from Millie's POV. Interestingly, both storylines were on the old site but they aren't on the new one! My kleptomania of internet comic strips comes in handy once again, huzzah!

In the older strips it seems like it is more focused on Ozy, but then it changes to a more Millie orientation. At least in my mind.

I understand also that he reversed the order of the names out of deference to a tradition of listing the deadpan member first in comedy teams (e.g., Abbott and Costello).
