script archives. i know this is a dumb question to ask, because i could just download and look but does the script archives have the fillers in with them or is it just the scripts?
if you look back, dc removes the fillers from the archives so it would make sense that they wont be in the download either.
got an answer? or can i just be shot now for asking?

It appears the filler strips *are* included in the yearly downloads. I made a quick check of 2004 and 2005 and saw filler strips in both years.

i looked at the 03 04 and 05 ones. there are a few missing from them. for example mr rodgers isnt in the 03 one, artists have issues isnt in the o5, nor is the training wheel of time.
basically after 02 dc started not putting in the colored ones

mr. rogers? if you mean the strip where it's Millie's mom, Millie, and then Timulty, that's in the normal archives.

Oddly, the Mr. Rogers strip is
in the normal online archives, but doesn't seem to be in the zip file for that year. Easy enough to rectify though.
