Define Cynical Fan Forums

One of the Ozy & Millie mirror sites will be leaving the network in a few weeks. I would very much appreciate additional mirrors. Requirements: A permanent Internet connection with a static IP address and sufficient bandwidth to handle around 20GB per month outgoing traffic, and the ability to configure, and if necessary install, rsync and a web server.

I would also like mirrors to be able to give me reasonable advance notice (at least a few days!) before any scheduled downtime or ceasing mirroring. If you know anyone who would be interested, please pass on this request.
