I think we should all feel lucky that DCS is not only making one emensly funny strip, but two!

He might be getting the feeling that DCS cares less because he's no longer trying to get the "aging" O&M syndicated, while IDT is more promising in his mind. It certainly seems unlikely that O&M will ever return to seven updates a week. Still, I don't see it losing its funny overall.

I think that no matter waht Ozy and Millie is a great strip. I respect that. As web comics are less important to me now then they were 18 motnths ago I may nto care so much if it si lossign quality. (Note: I havnt; noticed it loosign quality and can't make a judgment without lookign into it further which I won't.) This comic has beena very important part of my life and it coninutes to be adn probably always will. I used the quote "You knew I was a high risk investment." yesterday tog reat sucsess. Mr. Simposn deserves nothign but our gradatude and suport for putign out waht is by far the most profesional web comic I have ever seen and one that is also one fo the best. Even if Ozy and Millie is on it's last legs it dosn't change the fact that it is a great comic. Mr. Simpson has my deepest gratitude for what he has given me in this strip. The fact that it is all for free says soemthign about him. True you have to buy the books but there isnt; aywhere where you can get but a few synidicated strips for free in their entirerty, even for viewing on the itnernet. That says a lot abotu Mr. Simpson's character because his strip is at a quality good enough for synidication, which almsot all web comics are not. He coudl esilay charge fro veiweign or at the minimum lookign throguh or downloading the archives. This si a great comic and nobody has any right to expect anythign from Mr. Simpson and he has right to expect graditute for what he has done.

Now the real question is how do we replace one of their eyes with a computer screen that slowly loops through the O&M archives.

We can rebuild them. We have the technology.

Norsenerd, my head hurts after trying to read your posts. Would you mind using a spellchecker or something?

Amen, sorry, friend.

Anyway, I made a screensaver that cycles through all of 2005's strips randomly... Too bad it's about 5 megs...

Websnark is meant to be ranty, and it's not just Ozy and Millie that is discussed. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and it doesn't bother me if someone somewhere feels the comic is waning. That, after all, doesn't mean much to me.
