The general sentiment I usually get from DCS is that he wants to keep Ozy and Millie as kids, because that's one of the strips central ideas--a view of the world through less corrupted eyes.<br><br>While a one-off teenage story would be fun, I doubt DCS is going to age Ozy and Millie an further, chronological inconsistancies and all.

Well, it's not the same year. From what I'm aware the year changes to keep in time with real time, but the ages are whatever age suits the current artistic style he's using.
