The only thing about mid being Ozy's dad is that might be wrong is the fact that he's got a huge grin on his face. Ozy's too stolid to smile that widely.

Hrmm, same colours (well, in black and white form anyway), no pants, male, adult, pretty much the only fox who's not a main character, but I doubt it's Ozy's dad, I'm guessing DCS happened to put a fox there without the intention of him geing Ozy's dad.
