other things that remind you of O&M
Apart from all the obvious things which would remind me, there are also oddities such as the everyday stationery item of paperclips.

If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.

I watched "Big Fish" last week and now that I think about it, Edward Bloom (the title character) always told his son these tall tales that were very obvious fabrications and could only be true on some very small scale and it was imposible to tell when he's telling the truth and when he's just full of it. And that somehow made his tales more meaningful and made him the beloved man he is.

Must I say how this relates?

There's another similarity between Ozy and Millie and Calvin and Hobbes. Calvin's dad usually explains to Calvin things he does not understand in a totally surreal way.
Like when Calvin asks why old photographs are black and white and his dad said that the earth was black and white until sometime in the 40's. He then went on to explain and go into detail (which i can't remember) and actually made sense in his way.

I can't remember if anyone said it but the two comics remind me of each other though i read Calvin and Hobbes a lot less nowadays.
