yep. Mine sucks because I did it in the GIMP and I don't know if there is a proper equivalent to the way that Caigan et al colour House Rules in Photoshop.

Not neccessarially. Why would a dragon winged fox's scales be the same colour as his/her fur? I mean, it's possable that they are, but there is no reason why they would be as opposed to a different colour.

Especially when one aquires wings due to being a dragon by adoption within the confines of one's subconscious mind. I mean, I wouldn't be suprised that, since it was a dream, the wings wouldn't be something like bright orange with pink polka dots.

i dont have Photoshop and Photoimpact is no help plus my mom isnt gonna spend some money to get a program just so i can create an avatar

There are two solutions to this problem. One of them is to get The GIMP, which is free alternative that is actually quite powerful. The other, of course, is to find a cracked version of Photoshop (which won't actually get you in trouble, because Adobe really doesn't care), for which I do not have any links.

I believe the wings would be gray to match up with his fur. The wings would probably have fur if they're gray.
