exactly. but he would make it so that he can be. and then all the bush-lovers would get mad at the bush-non-lovers and vice versa, and it would go from being about how many terms a president can have to whether or not bush is a good president.

His second term would simply have to be indefinitely extended due to the terrorist threat level making it unsafe to hold a presidential election.<br><br>And don't think for one second he hasn't said that he's willing to suspend elections until further notice if the terrorist threat warrents it.
