That might be a better avenue of action to take with regards to the themes of Ozy and Millie.

There was a topic on the forum with links to people's LiveJournal's, does anyone know where it is?

I would like to note that the Define Cynical community has a LJ group, among other things listed in The Landing Strip.

After seeing the rules, I like the idea of the game (you are right about a life total/hit point system not meshing with the Ozy and Millie theme) and would be more than happy to help with the game's formation. However, I do have some things I would like to clarify and otherwise throw my USD 0.02 in about. (Note that I am a Magic veteran, and while I'll try to avoid using Magic terminology a few things might slip out. Bear with me.)

Do characters actually do anything besides take damage? They don't seem to actually [whatever the equivalent of attack is], since it is the action cards that reduce resistance. However, it seems that most if not all characters must have some sort of secondary ability, not only to make them more interesting, but that otherwise a character with a resistance of 7 is strictly worse than a character with a resistance of 8. I could see one of the Ozy cards having a secondary ability by not having a secondary ability, but that's about it.

Is there a maximum on the amount of character cards a deck can contain? Because otherwise I would think a deck that is nearly all characters would have a significant advantage, especially if said characters had resistance-reducing abilities which would lessen the need for action cards. While characters are certainly important, I don't think it should be at the expense of the other card types.

Anyway, I do like the overall idea and this is all just my opinion. I'm still a bit confused on the rules, although perhaps some templates of the cards would help in that regard.
If you believe in telekinesis, raise my hand.
