I usualy pronounce it the three letter way but tehnicly the corect english pronunciation is the four silable. Juast liek Favre shoudl be pronouced fav-re instead of Farv but I think people can chose the way their name is pronounced. I think the three silable way is the way Flacia pronounces it so that's the way I think it should be.
