Stephen is all about overdoing it!
I say milk it for all it's got. This isn't going to be just the O&M community seeing this. You have to give others the ability to really get the characters. once their personalities are established you can be more subtle.

No, that's not a thought. It's an "acting direction" like you suggested I include, to help the actor figure out how it should be read.

It would be a fine "Ozy and Millie" script if it didn't at least have Ozy in, now wouldn't it?

It's good, but on screen that'd only be about a minutes worth of footage.
