I made an 8-minute animated cartoon in about 8 months for the cost of a new computer that could handle that sort of thing. I did all the art for it. It was tiring. The animation was crappy and the audio didn't line up, but I got an A+ in art for it!

To me, though, that blue sketch looks more like Millie than anything. She's right in front of him, after all. He might be drawing some mocking picture of her. Notice how the lines on the right slope outward like the tufts of fur on her face, and the points at the top that might be her ears.
