Should Fritz be allowed back here or has he trolled DC too much already?

I thought I was hearing what the community wanted the first time around, but now I really don't know, so I'll make the process more public this time. Please leave your opinion and direct all your discussion about Fritz's banning to this thread.

He's a troll, but not so horrible to deserve a ban, yet.

Uhhh, most people know my relationship with Fritz and even I will say that he's done some pretty stupid shit, but I don't think he deserves to be banned as of this time.
